Allow me to give you a little release of body and mind with my personal evening poses.

Sleep is vital to help the body to rest and replenish, and the mind to calm. To relax into my evening, or before I go to sleep, I let go of my day and everything in it so that it doesn't join me in bed.

I'm delighted to share this video to help ease you into your night. Join me in a gentle sequence of accessible and very effective poses, all accompanied by the soothing rhythm of your breath.

Functional Yoga teacher and Mindful Movement coach

I specialise in the therapeutic application of Functional Movement, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness, helping practitioners discover movement that is most suited and of benefit to their body's unique structure in order to find a more natural flow and, where needed, to heal.

I teach with body awareness - a key aspect of practising functionally. At the core of this approach is experiencing and recognising that every body is different and responds uniquely to particular movements, poses and the practice overall.

Moving with the body and not against it provides for more freedom and peace which is felt in the whole being - body, mind and soul. It's worked for me. Let me share it with you!

I live in the Wild West of Ireland where I teach in-person and online.
