A gentle, calming and nurturing practice to help you:

Relieve tense muscles, aching joints and general physical discomfort
Reduce anxiety and quieten a busy mind
Achieve deep relaxation
Regain a sense of overall well-being

I currently teach morning Restorative Yoga classes. We harness the lovely morning energy to open the body gently, free blockages and balance mental tension. You'll leave feeling calm and refreshed.

Equipment needed: a yoga mat or blanket, extra blankets, cushions or pillows, blocks or thick books

Restorative Yoga

Open to all

A practice focusing on the benefits of healthy stretching and release, coupled with working on improving meridian energy flow, to balance both the body and mind:

Improve your circulation and energy flow
Stimulate your tissues and joints, helping towards better mobility
Encourage blockages and tension out of your body
Experience deep release
Balance your mind

Morning stretch and balance (online) - we work deep into the joints and connective tissue, focusing on certain areas of the body to incorporate balancing the associated meridian channels.

Evening mindful movement, stretch and restore (in-person) - to help you unwind after your day, we move and stretch to help re-align posture, ease accumulated tension out of connective tissue and joints, and calm the mental chatter. This is a mixed-style class incorporating both Slow Flow and Yin Yoga.

Equipment needed: a yoga mat or blanket, extra blankets, cushions or pillows, blocks or thick books

Yin Yoga

Open to all: in-person only

A freeing, balancing and nourishing practice:

Explore your body’s ability to move more freely and intuitively
Re-align your posture and strengthen your body
Release physical and mental tension
Leave feeling re-energised and refreshed

Choose between morning or evening classes:

Gentle morning energiser flow - lovely way to start the day with a slow, gentle flow, giving you time to get into your body at your own pace. We work on encouraging space into the tissues and joints, getting the energy to flow, and starting the day feeling mindful, grounded and connected.
